Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the text of which is permanently posted on the Site at the web address https://richamster.com/securitypolicy, before starting to use the Site and the System, the user must familiarize himself with the current privacy policy and accept its terms.

At the same time, the use of the Site and the System means the User's acceptance of the terms of the current privacy policy.

1.2. The current privacy policy of the Service defines the rules of collection, storage, distribution and protection of personal information received from Users

2. Collected information.

2.1. The User gives his consent to the Service for the processing of personal data provided during registration:

2.1.1. email address.

2.2. The User gives his consent to the Service for the processing of personal data provided in the cases provided for by the Program in the field of combating the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds and the financing of terrorism.

2.2.1. full name;

2.2.2. date of birth;

2.2.3. place of birth;

2.2.4. number, series of an identity document;

2.2.5. an image (in the form of a scanned copy of a photo placed on an identity document);

2.2.6. address of residence;

2.2.7. bank details, or details of accounts opened with electronic money operators;

2.2.8. information about executed Agreements and placed Orders

2.3. The User gives his consent to the Service for the processing of information received by the http server when accessing the Site and further actions of the User:

2.3.1. IP address;

2.3.2. type of the User's operating system;

2.3.3. Internet browser data;

2.3.4. pages of the Site visited by the User.

2.4. The User gives his consent to the Service to use cookies, if the User's Internet browser allows it, to save:

2.4.1. credentials (email address and password).

2.5. In the case of the User contacting the Service, the User gives his consent for the Service to save all correspondence with the User.

3. Processing of personal data

3.1. Processing of personal data means recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data that do not fall under special categories, not requires the written consent of the User.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

The information provided by the User is used by the Service exclusively for the purpose of:

4.1. User registration and management of the User's Personal account;

4.2. identification of the User within the framework of the Agreement and Offer;

4.3. fulfillment by the Parties of their obligations under the Agreement and the Offer;

4.4. identification of the User in accordance with the Program in the field of combating the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds and the financing of terrorism;

4.5. establishing and maintaining communication (including answers to Users' questions);

4.6. sending informational and other messages to the User's e-mail address;

4.7. improving the quality of service and modernization of the Site and System.

5. Advertising

5.1. The User agrees to receive advertising materials from the Service, to the e-mail address specified in the User's Personal Account.

5.2. Consent to receive advertising materials can be revoked by the User at any time by sending a corresponding message to the Service to the address specified in clause 1.1 of the Agreement by registered letter with delivery notice. After receiving such a message, the Service stops sending messages with advertising materials to the e-mail address and phone number specified by the User.

6. Service guarantees

6.1. The Service makes every possible effort to ensure the protection of information provided by Users from unauthorized use by limiting access to personal data of users of employees and partners of the Service, as well as applying strict sanctions against them for violating the confidentiality regime regarding such data.

6.2. The Service guarantees that the information provided by Users is not combined with statistical data, is not provided to third parties and is not disclosed, except for the cases provided for in the current Policy

6.3. The Service does not sell or transfer information about Users separately. Such information can be transferred only under conditions of partial or complete reorganization of the Service.

6.4. The service does not provide services to minors. If the Service becomes aware of the posting of an account by a User who has not reached the age of 18, the Service has the right to delete such an account.

7. Rights of the Service

7.1. The Service has the right to conduct statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.

7.2. The Service has the right to provide access to information about the User to third parties if such transfer is necessary for the Service to provide services from the Offer.

7.3. The service has the right to provide information information about Users to law enforcement agencies or other government bodies as part of a legal process or as part of an investigation on the basis of a court decision, an enforced request or in the order of cooperation.

7.4. The Service has the right to provide information about the Users and about the transaction they have made to the competent state authorities, if the Service considers such a transaction unusual or suspicious.

7.5. The Service has the right to provide information about Users to third parties to detect and stop fraudulent activities, to eliminate technical malfunctions or security problems.

8. User rights

8.1. The User has the right not to provide personal information to the Service, while the User understands the limitations that such a refusal leads to in accordance with the Program in the field of combating the legalization (laundering) of criminal income and the financing of terrorism.

8.2. The user can delete or change personal information at any time.

8.3. The user can cancel registration in the System at any time, subject to entering credentials.

8.4. The User may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding message to the Service to the address specified in Clause 1.1 of the Offer by registered letter with delivery notice.

9. Storage of personal data

9.1. The Service stores personal data of users only for the purposes specified in the Policy for 5 (five) years. Information about the operations performed by the User is stored by the Service for at least 5 (five) years from the moment the User cancels his registration in the System.

10. New editions

10.1. The Service reserves the right to make changes to the current Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site at the Internet address https://richamster.com/securitypolicy/. Continued use of the Site after the publication of a new version of the Policy means its acceptance by the User. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User should not use the Site and the System.
